Sportsfit is a unique outdoor group fitness training programme that focuses on improving the health and fitness of corporate office workers through sport and game based fitness activities.

Sportsfit started as a result of a need to put some enjoyment back into exercise.  Too many people don’t exercise because they don’t like gyms and the culture that surrounds exercising, but they love playing games and sport.

Many of the games you will play are used by elite sports teams from the Australian Football League (Aussie Rules), National Rugby League (Rugby League) & Super 15 (Rugby Union).
