What are the benefits of my participation in the training sessions?
Most importantly, Sportsfit’s sessions are motivational and fun, so it is more likely you will stick with the programme long term and be able to experience all the great benefits listed above. For only 2 hours each week this really is a very time efficient complete programme.
How do I get started?
1) Get a keen group of 10–16 friends or work colleagues together.

I have never played sport before. Is this for me?
Sportsfit’s sessions are for anyone who is enthusiastic about playing sport. All our trainers are registered personal trainers and accredited sports coaches who will help you develop your sports skills. Sportsfit believes anything is possible if you put your mind to it.
I am really keen to sign up but we haven't got enough people?

What happens if it rains?
Sportsfit wants training to be safe and enjoyable. If the weather conditions are at extremes (hail, lightening, thunderstorms or extemely hot (35+ degrees) then Sportsfit will reschedule the session to the end of the six week training block.
Where do the training sessions take place?
Sportsfit is currently based in Sydney’s CBD, North Sydney and Pyrmont. We will happily travel to any suburbs within a 10km radius of Sydney City. All we need is half a football field. When do the training sessions take place?
Sportsfit runs training sessions during day light hours. This varies depending on the time of year. During the summer months we run sessions before, during and after work. During the winter months we are only able to run sessions before work and during office hours.
What happens if I miss a training session?
Regrettably, if you miss a session, it is forfeited. To improve your health and well being it is important to be consistent with your exercise. Your team mates rely on you being committed so there are adequate numbers to play the prescribed sports and games.
